How much does event photography and videography cost in Las Vegas?
Pricing depends on the length of coverage, crew size, deliverables, editing, and turnaround time. Envision Studios creates custom event photography and videography packages based on your event and the content your team needs.
How far in advance should I book an event photographer or videographer in Las Vegas?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for major conventions, trade shows, conferences, and busy event dates in Las Vegas. Early booking gives us more time to plan the crew, schedule, shot priorities, and deliverables.
Do you offer same-day event video edits and photo delivery in Las Vegas?
Yes. Same-day event content is available as an optional add-on for select projects. Depending on your needs, we can provide expedited event photography, highlight videos, social media clips, and other content for use during or immediately after your event. Same-day delivery requires additional production and editing resources and must be arranged in advance.
Can you travel for events outside of Las Vegas?
Yes. While Envision Studios is based in Las Vegas, we are available for select event photography and videography projects outside of Nevada. Travel requirements, crew needs, and production logistics are determined based on the event.
Do you provide live streaming or event broadcasting services?
We currently focus on professional event photography, videography, and content production rather than live streaming or broadcast production. If your event requires live streaming or broadcasting, we can coordinate our photo and video coverage alongside your existing AV or broadcast team.
Can your team work with our event venue, AV team, or production company?
Yes. We regularly work within larger event productions and can coordinate with event organizers, venue teams, AV crews, marketing teams, and other production vendors. Before the event, we can review schedules, access requirements, shot priorities, and production logistics to help coverage run smoothly.
Can you film interviews, testimonials, and speakers during our event?
Yes. We can capture on-site interviews, client testimonials, keynote speakers, presentations, and product demonstrations during your event. These can be incorporated into your event recap or produced as standalone marketing and social media content. Additional production or editing may be available as an optional add-on depending on your event package.
Can you provide multiple photographers or videographers for large events?
Crew size can be scaled based on the size, schedule, and coverage requirements of your event. Larger conventions, conferences, trade shows, and corporate events may benefit from multiple photographers or videographers covering different areas, stages, booths, or activities at the same time.
